"I used to have State Farm but haven't for almost 4yrs. In addition, Genny wasn't my agent, so I can only assume there is a DB of current and former customers. On 11/3, I received a card in the mail from Genny apologizing for the death of my father, however, my father is still alive and well and the name in the card wasn't even my father's name. While the act came from a good place of intention, this didn't sit well with me so I called and left Genny a message on 11/4 at 9:20am. No return call with an apology for the mistake or explanation of why she sent it or had my information. Sometimes you have to own your mistakes, even when they are uncomfortable."

"I love when I can get an actual person when I call a business! Brandon was so helpful in adding a car to my policy. He asked great questions to make sure I was getting the coverage I wanted.
